How your data flows
Your contract text travels a secure, closed loop. Nothing is stored. Nothing leaks. Every connection is encrypted.
What happens to my data?
You stay in control at every step. Nothing is sent until you say so, and nothing is kept after the review is done.
Sent only when you click Review
Document text is sent to the AI provider only when you explicitly start a review. No background scanning, no passive collection.
Processed in memory only
Contract text is never written to disk or database. Processing happens entirely in memory and is discarded after each request.
Results returned directly
Analysis results are returned straight to your Word session. No intermediate storage, no queuing, no third-party handoffs.
No document text persisted
We never store, log, or cache your contract content. Once your review is complete, the text exists only in your Word document.
Who can see it?
Access is minimal by design.
- Only the AI provider you choose (or your own key via BYOK) processes the text
- No cookies or tracking on your documents
- No analytics collected inside the Word add-in
- Data processed in the United States
